It is specified that the products are reserved for private individuals intended for personal use by the customer, without any connection with professional use by the latter.
Article 1. Purpose
The present conditions of sale aim to define the terms and conditions of distance selling between the company Les Looks de Val (hereinafter "us"), the buyer (hereinafter "you") and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website https://leslooksdeval.be/. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to ordering. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site https://leslooksdeval.be/ is not directly related to its professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and, secondly, to have full legal capacity, allowing it to commit itself under these general terms of sale.
The company Les Looks de Val retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to respect any new regulation or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.
Article 2. Products
The products offered by Les Looks de Val (hereinafter "the products") are those which appear on the site https://leslooksdeval.be/The list of products is available on the day of its consultation by the Customer and within the limits of available stocks. Les Looks de Val reserves the right to modify at any time the range of products
The articles are presented by means of an information sheet (name of the product, description of the product, photo, price, size and composition) drawn up with the greatest possible accuracy and precision in order to allow the most faithful and complete description possible. However, in view of the digital representation of the items on https://leslooksdeval.be/If the customer's perception of the photographic representation of the articles does not correspond exactly to the article itself, it is possible that the customer's perception of the photographic representation of the articles does not correspond exactly to the article itself.
Les Looks de Val undertakes to supply products that comply with the regulations in force relating to the safety and health of persons in accordance with European provisions, and in particular with the legislation on chemical substances with regulated content.
Article 3. Prices and delivery charges
The prices of the products are those appearing on the site on the day of its consultation by the customer and within the limits of available stocks.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the products will in any case be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed. The price indicated in our order confirmation is the final price expressed in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC) at the legal rate in force. It includes delivery costs.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the price is payable in full on the day the order is placed by the customer. Les Looks de Val will not be obliged to deliver the products ordered by the customer if the price has not been paid in full beforehand. Unless otherwise stipulated, we will not grant any discount to the customer.
Depending on the total amount of the order, we offer free delivery to the customer under certain conditions.
Special conditions:
- In Belgium and France, for any order equal to or greater than 99 euros including VAT, shipping is free.
- Abroad, for all orders of 120 euros or more, including VAT, shipping is free for customers residing in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.
- Abroad, for any order equal to or greater than 150 euros including VAT, shipping is free for customers residing in the following countries: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine.
With the exception of the special conditions mentioned above, delivery costs are payable by the customer and generally amount to €3.99 (delivery to a relay point, post office) or €6.00 (home delivery) for deliveries in Belgium.
For deliveries abroad, the customer will be charged a flat rate for shipping costs. These costs will be specified to the customer during the payment process.
Article 4. Order
Any order implies the acceptance of the prices and the description of the products available on the site. Les Looks de Val undertakes to honour the orders received on the site only within the limits of the available stocks of articles. In case of unavailability of one or more products ordered, Les Looks de Val undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. In this case, the customer's order relating to an unavailable product will be automatically cancelled.
Les Looks de Val reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who presents any form of risk.
Before ordering, the buyer must create an account on https://leslooksdeval.be/You can access this information directly from the sidebar in the account creation section. At each visit, the customer who wishes to order or consult his account will have to identify himself using this information.
After selecting the desired product(s), you will be asked to complete an order form and click on the "next" icon. You will then have the opportunity to check the details of your order and to modify it. The "confirm order" button allows you to confirm your order of the goods contained in the basket, the order then becomes final.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and renunciation of the right to invoke one's own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by an order confirmation sent automatically by e-mail to the address you have indicated.

Article 5. Methods of payment and delivery
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the price is payable in full on the day the order is placed. Les Looks de Val will not be obliged to deliver the products ordered by the customer if the price has not been paid in full beforehand. Unless otherwise stipulated, we do not grant any discount.
At the end of the ordering process, the following payment methods are offered to the customer to pay for their purchases:
- bank card (Bancontact, Maestro)
- credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
The ordered products will be sent to the address you will have indicated during the ordering process. Orders are made by DPD, a delivery service with tracking. Les Looks de Val is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the indication of an erroneous or incomplete address by a customer. We can provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by e-mail. For home deliveries, if the recipient is absent when our transport provider (DPD) passes by, the parcel will be dropped off at a post office or relay point near the delivery address. In this case, the customer has a period of 14 days to collect the parcel on presentation of an identity document and, in the case of delivery by post, of the delivery notice. At the end of this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We decline all responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the absence of the recipient of the parcel or his failure to collect the parcel within the time limit set for this purpose.
We undertake to deliver the goods ordered on the site https://leslooksdeval.be/ within the period, expressed in working days, which will be displayed in the summary of your order as well as in the order confirmation e-mail. The delivery period starts as soon as we receive your payment.
When Les Looks de Val is unable to execute the contract due to a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event as defined by Belgian jurisprudence or due to a foreign cause, in particular a fault attributable to the customer, the delivery period is automatically extended according to the duration of the impediment. The customer shall be informed by e-mail of the occurrence and end of such impediments. If the impediment lasts more than 60 days, each party will have the right to terminate the contract by right, without the customer being able to claim compensation from the company Les Looks de Val.
Article 6. Discount vouchers
Vouchers are only given out free of charge in the context of promotional actions. These vouchers have a validity date, cannot be purchased and are not transferable. Vouchers are only valid for the period indicated and can only be used once for a single order.
Vouchers may not be valid for certain products. Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards.
The difference between the amount of the coupon and the price of your order can be paid by one of the payment methods offered. The discount coupon is not refundable and does not generate any interest. In case of a total or partial return of the goods, the part of the price paid by coupon will not be refunded to the customer.
In order to apply a coupon to an order, the coupon code must be entered before the order is shipped. Coupons cannot be applied to orders that have already been shipped. Unless otherwise stated, it is not possible to combine several coupons.
Where the customer has used a discount voucher at the time of purchase, Les Looks de Val reserves the right to invoice the customer for the unreduced price of the goods if, due to a partial withdrawal of the goods, the total amount of the remaining order is less than or equal to the value of the discount voucher.
Article 7. Gift cards
Gift cards are vouchers that the customer can purchase on the https://leslooksdeval.be/. These gift cards can only be used for the purchase of Les Looks de Val items. Any difference between the amount of the gift card and the price of the customer's order can be paid by one of the payment methods offered. If the value of a gift card is greater than the total amount of the customer's order, the difference will be credited to their customer account.
In order to redeem the gift card credit, the code on the gift card must be entered before the order is sent.
The gift card credit is non-interest bearing and non-refundable, even if the customer makes use of his legal right of withdrawal.
The value of a gift card can be credited to the customer's account and the balance of the customer's account can be viewed in the "my gift card" section on https://leslooksdeval.be/.
Article 8. Reservation of ownership
Les Looks de Val retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.
Article 9. Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the return costs.
Article 10: Guarantee
All products supplied by Les Looks de Val benefit from the legal guarantee of 2 years, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company Les Looks de Val which will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All claims, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by post within thirty days after delivery.
Article 11. Liability
Les Looks de Val in the process of distance selling, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of service, or other involuntary problems.
Article 12. Intellectual property
All elements of the site https://leslooksdeval.be/ are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company Les Looks de Val. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.
Article 13. Personal data
Les Looks de Val undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the purchaser, which he/she may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him/her is subject to the provisions of the law of 8 December 1992 relating to the protection of private life with regard to the processing of personal data. In this respect, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him/her. Article 14. Settlement of disputes
The present conditions of distance selling are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute or litigation shall be submitted, at the choice of the plaintiff, to the jurisdiction of the courts designated by article 624, 1°, 2° or 4° of the Judicial Code.
